Pilates Tower | Private Session
Tower at 232 Pilates is a dynamic, full-body experience performed on the Allegro Tower rooted in the Pilates Cadillac repertoire. Through a blend of Tower springs, the moving Reformer carriage, elevated mat work and props, you’ll experience layered resistance and seamless transitions that awaken the entire body.
By combining dual spring resistance from the carriage and Tower, you will build strength, length, deep core control and refined postural alignment. Suitable for all levels, Tower offers both invigorating challenges and supported variations.
Pilates Prenatal & Postnatal
Incorporating postural support, mobility, and muscular endurance, this class will help you adapt to the physical demands of pregnancy and early parenthood. Thoughtful progressions alongside clear, safe instruction will help to support balance and ease of any tension as your body changes.
You will leave this class feeling more balanced and nurtured in your journey.
Ladder Barrel + Chair
Emphasizing deep core & oblique strengthening, this session encourages length & freedom of the spine—helping to counteract the effects of modern living.
We begin with an intentional warm-up on the Chair to prepare the body & awaken deep core support. From there, you will move to the Ladder Barrel, where the curved, padded barrel & ladder support safe, expansive spinal mobility through flexion & extension.
Pilates Reformer | Private Session
This session emphasizes breath and body awareness and will strengthen your deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, arms, and back.
The attention to detail on the reformer will also allow you to notice asymmetries in your body in a well-rounded manner. As you connect through spring resistance, you’ll push strength and endurance while maintaining refined form.
