Private Pilates Session | All Levels
Move with 232 in this dynamic and rigorous session blending contemporary and classical Pilates tailored to your goals—whether you’re looking to enhance performance, improve posture, work around an injury, or wish to feel more at home in your body. The Tower & Reformer are utilized and at times the Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chair.
Beginners or those new to Pilates are welcome.
Pilates Prenatal & Postnatal
When you arrive at 232 Pilates, we’ll begin with a conversation about your pregnancy stage or post pregnancy goals. You’ll be gently introduced to movements on the Reformer, Tower, and Mat designed to support your changing body—building strength, improving posture and easing tension.
You will leave this class feeling supported, balanced and nurtured in your journey.
Pilates Ladder Barrel
Practice on the Ladder Barrel to discover the unique combination of the curved, padded barrel and ladder rungs to enhance spinal mobility and deep core strength.
Using a supportive arc, each exercise encourages safe, expansive movement through the spine—helping to counteract the effects of modern, sedentary living.
Private Pilates Session | Advanced
Designed for clients with a solid understanding of Pilates fundamentals. This session incorporates higher-intensity progressions and more complex movement patterns on various apparatuses, including the Tower and Ladder Barrel.
With faster transitions, increased resistance, and elevated balance and coordination work, you’ll push strength and endurance while maintaining refined form.
