The 232 Tower system allows for both deeply challenging sequences and intelligently supported variations, meeting you precisely where you are while steadily advancing your strength, control, and mobility.
Ladder Barrel + Chair
Emphasizing deep core and oblique strengthening, this session encourages length and freedom through the spine, helping to counteract the effects of modern living.
We begin on the Chair with a full-body warm-up to organize the system and awaken the powerhouse. From there, the Ladder Barrel’s curved, padded surface invites the spine into deeper, more expansive movement, supporting mobility across all planes with both precision and ease.

Pilates Reformer | Private Session
This session emphasizes breath and body awareness and will strengthen your deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, arms, and back.
The attention to detail on the reformer will display asymmetries in the body. As you connect through spring resistance, you’ll push strength and endurance while maintaining refined form.
